Rules for booking and renting the “Przystanek Gorce” guest house
§ 1. General provisions
1. These Rules define the terms of booking and renting the “Przystanek Gorce” guest house(s), located in Nowy Targ, os. Buflak 12.
2. Making a reservation is equivalent to reading and accepting these Rules.
3. The rental agreement is concluded upon payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total stay cost.
4. The paid amount constitutes a deposit within the meaning of Article 394 of the Civil Code.
§ 2. Reservation
1. A preliminary reservation (by phone or email) must be confirmed by paying the deposit within 1–2 business days to the following account:

The transfer title must include the guest’s name and the stay dates.
2. Failure to pay the deposit within the above deadline results in automatic cancellation of the preliminary reservation.
3. Payment of the deposit means unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
4. The remaining balance for the stay is payable by bank transfer before arrival (according to individual arrangements) or in cash on the day of arrival when receiving the keys.
5. The Guest is obliged to pay the full amount for the stay, even in case of delayed arrival or shortening the stay for reasons attributable to the Guest (in particular: personal, transport, or unforeseen reasons).
6. If the Guest shortens the stay, the unused period is non‑refundable.
7. According to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the Guest has no right to withdraw from a distance contract if it concerns accommodation services provided for a specific date.
8. In case of cancellation or change of the reservation date by the Guest, regardless of the reason, the deposit is non‑refundable.
9. A refundable security deposit of 500 PLN is collected in cash on the day of arrival. It is returned on departure after checking the condition of the guest house, provided it is left undamaged.
§ 3. Check‑in
1. The stay begins at 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
2. If the Guest plans to arrive at a different time than stated above, they must contact the Host in advance.
3. In case of delayed arrival, the Guest must immediately inform the person handing over the keys (tel. 500 195 038).
4. Check‑in and check‑out take place in the presence of the Host or an authorized person.
5. Exceeding the declared number of guests without the Host’s consent entitles the Host to terminate the agreement immediately without refunding the deposit or any other payments.
6. The Host does not provide stay insurance. The Host is not liable for damages or incidents not caused by them, especially theft of the Guest’s property.
7. The Guest must check the condition of the guest house immediately after receiving it. Failure to report any issues within 4 hours means acceptance of the guest house without reservations.
8. The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
§ 4. Use of the guest house
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest house. Violation of this rule results in immediate termination of the agreement without refund and forfeiture of the deposit to cover the cost of refreshing the guest house.
2. Barbecuing and using the fire pit is allowed only in designated areas.
3. Parking is allowed only in designated spaces.
4. In case of serious disturbance of quiet hours, public order, or neighbors’ comfort, the Host has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without refund.
5. Organizing events (especially bachelor or bachelorette parties) requires prior consent from the Host.
6. Using electrical or gas devices that are not part of the guest house’s equipment is prohibited.
7. Charging electric vehicles from the guest house’s installation is prohibited.
8. The Guest must return the guest house in an undamaged condition, with washed dishes and a tidy space. In case of serious violation of this obligation, the Host may deduct 200 PLN from the deposit for final cleaning.
9. Pets are accepted only upon prior arrangement. Fee: 50 PLN per night per animal.
§ 5. Complaints
1. Complaints may be submitted within 14 days after the end of the stay to: biuro@viventure.pl.
2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
§ 6. Personal data protection
1. Under Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, you are informed that the administrator of your personal data is: VIVENTURE IZABELA JACH, REGON 120390749, NIP 7352155449, located in Zakopane, ul. Zamoyskiego 4, 34‑500 Zakopane.

2. Your personal data has been obtained in connection with the conclusion of a service agreement with the administrator. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR.
3. You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.
4. If the processing is based on the administrator’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object.
5. No automated decisions will be made regarding you, and your data will not be subject to profiling.
